Description

As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll work closely with the recruitment team to support a wide range of recruitment activities. From sourcing top-tier talent to coordinating interviews and keeping our candidate pipeline flowing smoothly, you’ll play a key role in shaping the teams that power our clients forward.What You’ll Do:

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of client accounts
Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
Conduct initial screening calls and help schedule interviews with hiring managers
Keep candidate records updated and organized in our recruitment system
Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for every candidate
Collaborate on employer branding and other talent attraction initiatives
Support in tracking metrics and preparing recruitment-related reports

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

A self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude
A genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Comfort working in a fast-paced, agency environment
Previous internship or entry-level experience in recruitment/HR is a plus (but not a must)
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
