This role is central to strengthening Red Bull’s sports presence, athlete relationships, and world-class event execution across Kosovo.

Description

The Sports Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing projects and programs within the sports area. The role ensures a strong and efficient network of long-lasting and high-performing athletes and programs. The position covers sports event and project management, athlete selection, and the determination of optimal support (branded, tools, or product).Key ResponsibilitiesSport Network Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with athletes, sports clubs, and fitness centers.
• Ensure fulfillment of agreements with all major national sports partners supporting Red Bull’s priorities.
• Screen and respond to all sport- and event-related consumer requests and develop suitable approaches and added-value activities within selected 3rd-party events.

• Implement the athletes’ and events program based on Red Bull global guidelines.
• Develop and execute project concepts tailor-made for national consumer groups.
• Leverage the Red Bull global athletes and events portfolio by activating international athletes locally or sending national participants to global Red Bull activities.
• Contribute to flawless event execution.
• Ensure cost-conscious and budget-responsible performance supporting the overall P+L.

• Work with cross-functional managers to align strategies and maximize brand activation opportunities.
• Coordinate continuously with Brand and Communications departments.
• Maintain close cooperation with Sports Managers from the Adria region.
• Contribute unique stories, relevant topics, and high-quality media content for Red Bull Media House.

• Design and contribute unique stories, formats, and media content for Red Bull Media House.
• Respond to all sports-related consumer inquiries.
• Ensure consistent brand appearance in national sports programs (including Fields) according to international benchmarks and guidelines.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• Studies in general marketing, sports marketing, business, or media.
• Previous experience in the sports industry, events, sports institutions/federations, marketing agencies, journalism, or as a professional athlete or trainer.
• Ability to design and organize events and projects of all scales.
• Understanding of sports performance, specialist knowledge, and experience.
• Creative, innovative, open-minded, and able to shape and develop ideas.
• Strong networking and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a highly dynamic environment with multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
