Description

We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Expert to manage and grow the online presence of multiple B2B and B2C clients. In this role, you will develop data-driven strategies, oversee content planning, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all social channels.Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Design and implement tailored social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, aligned with client goals and brand identity.
Content Planning & Coordination: Build content calendars, collaborate with design and copy teams, and ensure the timely publication of engaging and visually compelling posts.
Community Management: Engage with followers, manage comments and messages, and foster online communities. Identify opportunities for partnerships, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, compile performance reports, and optimize strategies based on insights and emerging trends.
Process Execution: Follow structured workflows to ensure smooth coordination, quality control, and adherence to timelines across multiple client accounts.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, ideally working across multiple clients or industries.
Multitasking Skills: Ability to manage several brands simultaneously with a strong focus on detail and consistency.
Creative & Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to evaluate content performance and refine strategies accordingly.
Tools: Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Trello/Asana, and analytics tools.
Languages: Fluent in English; advanced German (minimum B2 level) required for client communication and content review.
