About the RoleWe are seeking a confident and goal-oriented Sales Closer to convert qualified leads into long-term clients. You will engage with pre-contacted, warm leads, build trust, address client needs, and close deals that drive mutual success.Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Conduct telesales calls with warm, pre-qualified leads, effectively presenting solutions and finalizing agreements.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and challenges, tailoring service offerings to deliver the most relevant solutions.
- Objection Handling: Manage and overcome objections professionally while maintaining a client-centered approach.
- Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding post-sale, guiding clients through the next steps and maintaining a positive relationship.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue.
Requirements
Key Requirements
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in telesales or similar roles with a strong record of closing deals and meeting targets.
- Language Skills: Fluent or native-level German (C1 or higher) with excellent communication abilities.
- Goal Orientation: Strong drive to achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Relationship Building: Confident, personable, and skilled in building trust and rapport quickly.
- Client Management: Experience in onboarding new clients and identifying upsell opportunities.
