Manpower SEE is a leading provider of innovative workforce solutions, delivering comprehensive staffing and human resources services to help clients thrive in today’s dynamic labor market.On behalf of our client, Hilton Prishtina, we are supporting the recruitment process for the pre-opening team of this highly anticipated international hospitality brand entering the Kosovo market.As part of this exciting launch, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Mixologist to lead the bar concept and create exceptional beverage experiences for guests. This role offers the opportunity to shape the beverage identity of a new Hilton property and play a key role in establishing high service standards from day one.The Head Mixologist will lead the bar operations and be responsible for developing creative beverage menus, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining Hilton’s global service standards. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of modern mixology trends.Working closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team, the Head Mixologist will help build and trainthe bar team while contributing to the overall guest experience in a dynamic pre-opening environment.

Description

Beverage Program & Menu Development

Design and develop innovative cocktail menus and signature drinks
Ensure beverage offerings align with Hilton brand standards and guest expectations
Maintain knowledge of global mixology trends and introduce creative concepts

Bar Operations

Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and consistency
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control for bar supplies

Team Leadership & Training

Recruit, train, and mentor bartenders and bar staff
Foster a positive team culture focused on service excellence
Ensure all team members follow operational and safety procedures

Guest Experience

Engage with guests and deliver memorable bar experiences
Maintain high standards of hospitality and personalized service
Handle guest feedback and ensure satisfaction with beverage offerings

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Mixologist, Head Bartender, or Bar Manager in high-end bars, hotels, or hospitality venues
Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, beverage trends, and bar operations
Experience in menu development and beverage concept creation
Leadership experience managing and training bar teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
Professional working proficiency in English
