On behalf of our client, Hilton Hotels, we are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Manager to join the leadership team at Hilton’s upcoming hotel in Pristina, Kosovo. This role is essential to ensuring seamless technology operations throughout the property, supporting business systems, guest experience platforms, computer networks, and telephony systems.

Description

The IT Manager will oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure and systems in the hotel, ensuring consistent performance, security, and reliability. The selected candidate will lead the IT department to support both internal operations and guest services efficiently and in accordance with Hilton’s standards.Key responsibilities include:

Providing operational support for all internal hotel IT systems and minimizing system outages.
Supervising the IT Department and ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.
Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and applying it to optimize system benefits.
Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to IT governance and data security.
Handling IT-related issues efficiently and proactively resolving system challenges.
Identifying and addressing current and future system needs with appropriate solutions.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with all hotel departments.
Managing daily IT operations, including hardware, software, and telecommunication systems.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications and demonstrate the following qualities:Required:

Previous IT management experience, preferably in the hotel, leisure, or service sector.
Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft systems.
Experience with hotel applications such as Fidelio and Micros (preferred).
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure trends, including networks, databases, and business applications.
Strategic thinking and ability to develop contingency plans.
Commitment to delivering exceptional service standards.
