As a Sales Specialist at Manpower, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients, understanding their needs and presenting our service solutions effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales tactics and strategies.
- Report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the services sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Macedonian and English.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering results.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
- Active driver
