Description

The Media Network Specialist proactively leads all aspects of content development, programming, communications, and production management. This role focuses on building and growing audiences by increasing reach, frequency, and engagement across Red Bull’s Owned channels (redbull.com and Red Bull TV) and Managed 3rd-party channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.).This position strengthens the organization’s media and content expertise in partnership with Sports, Culture, and Brand Marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Media Direction & Content Planning

  • Develop and execute the country’s strategic media direction.
  • Build a year-round engagement plan delivering relevant and surprising content to key audiences.
  • Identify strong story opportunities from the market and activate them with Sports, Culture, and Brand Marketing.
  • Create and curate engaging, “beyond the ordinary” content.
Audience Development & Digital Growth
  • Ensure continuous alignment with Red Bull’s global audience and media approach, including events, athletes, artists, and opinion leaders.
  • Develop innovative media network plans using platform strengths and differences.
  • Activate relevant media partners for communications and distribution.
  • Track digital landscape developments and push the team to stay ahead of trends.
  • Constantly evolve storytelling and digital platforms to optimize the consumer experience across all devices and channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Contribute media and content expertise to further develop events and athlete/artist projects.
  • Help shape stories with true media potential to reach and engage larger audiences.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Media professional with an extensive media network in the local market.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Media, Communications, or Strategy within media-driven companies.
  • Proven track record in leading media/content projects and developing audiences.
  • Strong creative and operational background.
  • Ability to think strategically about audience building and media planning.
  • A “story seeker” who identifies strong year-round media opportunities.
  • Ability to build authentic content strategies in sports, culture, and entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of partner platforms and how to maximize engagement on each.
  • Deep understanding of media consumer behavior and trends.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across media, entertainment, and digital platforms.
  • Agile team player with strong execution capability.
