On behalf of one of our clients, a consulting and outsourcing company operating in the business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer experience services industry, we are looking for Customer Support Agents with German to join their new team in Kosovo.
Description
The role focuses on inbound phone support for German-speaking customers, handling customer inquiries, and delivering a high-quality service experience in a professional contact center environment.Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in German in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and support based on defined procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and in line with service standards
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems
- Adhere to quality, performance, and compliance guidelines
- Collaborate with the Team Lead and colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations

- German language proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written)
- Completed high school education
- Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- Previous call center or customer support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
Offer
Working Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 20:00 (rotating shifts)
- Saturday: 08:00 – 18:00 (rotation basis)
- Sunday: Off
