Manpower SEE is a leading provider of innovative workforce solutions, delivering comprehensive staffing and human resources services to help clients thrive in today's dynamic labor market.On behalf of our client, a leading software development company specializing in enterprise platforms, software solutions, and digital innovations, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join their team.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will shape user-centered interfaces for a cloud-based platform, working closely with frontend teams.
Role Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a design system (Ant Design-based)
- Design responsive, intuitive UIs for B2B workflows
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and iteration
- Ensure WCAG-compliant, accessible interfaces
- Optimize user journeys across the platform
Qualifications and Requirements
- 4+ years of UI/UX experience in SaaS/B2B
- Proficiency in Figma/Adobe XD and design systems
- Strong knowledge of accessibility and UX principles
- Prototyping, testing, and iterative design experience
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies
- Creative, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication in English
- A creative role in a collaborative and fast-paced team
