On behalf of our client, a renowned multinational and one of the global leaders in the lighting industry, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join their growing team in Kosovo. This role is pivotal in strengthening the company’s market position, managing key customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across the territory.
- Sales Execution
- Identify opportunities, pitch innovative lighting solutions, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Market Development
- Expand brand presence by penetrating new accounts and segments within the Kosovo market.
- Product Expertise
- Stay updated on the company's product portfolio—including LED luminaires, smart lighting systems, and traditional lighting solutions—and educate customers accordingly.
- Strategic Sales Planning
- Assist in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives in line with company objectives.
- Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare timely sales reports, monitor competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of experience in sales—preferably in lighting, electrical goods, or a related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
- Familiarity with the local market dynamics in Kosovo
- Fluent in Albanian and English (Serbo-Croatian is a plus)
- Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel frequently
