On behalf of our client, a leading institution in the banking industry, we are looking for a Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will work in the Digital Channels and Business Support Department and will be responsible for managing a range of digital initiatives and operational improvements. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining the project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables align with business needs.
Lead project execution, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Manage project risks and address any issues that arise, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Work closely with internal teams, including IT, marketing, business, and support functions, to ensure smooth project implementation.
Track and monitor project progress using appropriate tools and metrics, and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive digital transformation efforts within the department.
Participate in the design of new digital products and features, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and regulatory compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Education: University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably within the financial services industry, with a focus on digital channels and business support.
Skills:
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Very good command of the English language (spoken and written).
Nice to Have:
Experience with process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with banking operations and digital channels such as online banking platforms.
