Manpower SEE is a leading provider of innovative workforce solutions, delivering comprehensive staffing and HR services to help clients thrive in today’s dynamic labor market.On behalf of our client, a pioneering financial institution in Kosovo’s non-bank sector, we are seeking an experienced Deputy Chief Financial Officer to join their leadership team. The company operates under full licensing from the Central Bank of Kosovo and MoneyGram International, with a mission to deliver streamlined financial services across the country.
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and visionary finance leader to help steer financial operations and drive sustainable success. This is a key leadership role responsible for crafting and implementing financial strategies, leading a high-performing team, and working closely with senior executives to shape long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering collaboration and excellence
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Partner with senior leadership to enhance profitability and performance
- Ensure compliance with regulations and manage financial risk
- Prepare monthly financial statements and long-term business plans
- Maintain accurate financial records per IAS and local laws
- Oversee tax compliance and collaborate with auditors
- Analyze market and competitor trends to inform strategies
- Prepare annual financial statements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (mandatory)
- Certified Accountant (SCAAK)
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial finance role
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local taxation, and financial regulations
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Professional fluency in English
