Manpower SEE is a leading provider of innovative workforce solutions, delivering comprehensive staffing and human resources services to help clients thrive in today’s dynamic labor market.On behalf of our client, Hilton Hotels, a globally recognized leader in the hospitality industry, we are looking for an experienced Meetings & Events Operations Manager to join the leadership team at Hilton’s upcoming hotel in Pristina, Kosovo.This role is responsible for leading all Meetings, Events, and Banqueting operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences, seamless event delivery, and efficient operational performance.

Description

The Meetings & Events Operations Manager will oversee the full spectrum of banqueting and event operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery, cost optimization, and team performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining Hilton’s brand standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting the commercial success of the hotel’s Meetings & Events department.Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all Banquets, Conferences, and Events operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintaining outstanding levels of customer service across all Meetings & Events activities.
  • Evaluating guest satisfaction scores and implementing ongoing service improvements.
  • Proposing new ideas to elevate the range, quality, and profitability of Banqueting and Conference services.
  • Optimizing sales opportunities while effectively controlling operational costs.
  • Building and maintaining strong communication channels with internal hotel departments, clients, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Ensuring staffing levels match operational demands and adjusting schedules accordingly.
  • Leading training initiatives for the Banqueting team to ensure skill development and consistency in service.
  • Conducting team communication meetings and generating follow-up minutes.
  • Managing performance issues in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Recruiting, training, managing, and developing the Banqueting team.
  • Ensuring full compliance with safety, fire, security, and health regulations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate strong operational leadership, an in-depth understanding of hospitality and event management, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.Required:

  • Strong knowledge of the hotel, hospitality, or service industry.Proven track record in Conference & Banqueting operations with the ability to drive profitability, control costs, and foster customer loyalty.
  • Prior experience in a managerial C&B/Events Operations role within a hotel or events center.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with the capability to build, coach, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Advantageous:Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service.
