The Beverage Manager will play a crucial role in driving bar excellence, maintaining Hilton’s brand standards, and delivering memorable guest experiences. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and operational expertise to oversee day-to-day bar service, team performance, and beverage innovation.Key responsibilities include:

• Leading by example in delivering outstanding guest service at the bar.
• Training, coaching, and mentoring bartenders to ensure consistency in skills, product knowledge, and service standards.
• Contributing to the creation, development, and rollout of seasonal and signature beverage menus.
• Receiving and fulfilling guest drink orders promptly and accurately.
• Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages including classic cocktails, signature drinks, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
• Maintaining strong knowledge of menu offerings, recipe updates, and promotional beverage activities.
• Overseeing the cleanliness, organisation, and operational readiness of the bar area.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient processing and settlement of guest accounts.
• Motivating the bar team to consistently achieve service excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Responding to guest questions and requests in a polite, professional, and service-focused manner.

• Previous experience in a cocktail bar environment, preferably with supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Strong ability to create both classic cocktails and trend-driven signature drinks.
• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring bartenders.
• Flexibility to work shifts, late nights, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding personal presentation and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for customer service and the ability to inspire the team to deliver exceptional experiences.

• Experience in a high-end or international hotel bar environment.
• Additional beverage certifications or mixology training.
