On behalf of our client, Accenture, a global leader in technology and consulting, we are looking for experienced SAP Basis Consultants for a fully remote outsourcing/contracting opportunity. About the Role 

As a SAP Basis Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end customer engagement and service delivery for SAP Cloud customers, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, service quality, system performance, and issue resolution. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and support SAP Cloud environments, focusing on SAP S/4HANA and Private Cloud Edition 

• Oversee customer onboarding, service delivery, and operational support 

• Ensure system reliability, performance, and upgrades 

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to infrastructure, networking, and cloud services 

• Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous service improvement 

• Handle change management, escalation handling, and issue resolution 

Key Requirements 

Technical Skills 

• Expertise in SAP Basis, IT Service Management, and SAP Applications 

• Experience with SAP release upgrades, cloud infrastructure, and system updates 

• Knowledge of networking, interfaces, and cloud environments 

• Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly assess and resolve technical issues 

Soft Skills 

• Excellent customer engagement and relationship management skills 

• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making in high-pressure situations 

• Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams 

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS, or GCP 

• Experience with S/4H Cloud migrations and upgrades 

• Knowledge of ITIL, Lean, and Project Management fundamentals 

• Engineering degree with 4+ years of SAP technical consulting experience
