Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert / Consultant / Developer

• Analyze customer requirements and develop implementation concepts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Business Central)
• Develop customer-specific extensions, automations, and integrations
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Services
• Support internal teams and clients with Dynamics 365-related consulting and technical guidance
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and solutions within the GRC platform
