AplikoThe IT Manager will oversee and maintain all IT infrastructure and systems in the hotel, ensuring consistent performance, security, and reliability. The selected candidate will lead the IT department to support both internal operations and guest services efficiently and in accordance with Hilton’s standards.Key responsibilities include:

• Providing operational support for all internal hotel IT systems and minimizing system outages.
• Supervising the IT Department and ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and applying it to optimize system benefits.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to IT governance and data security.
• Handling IT-related issues efficiently and proactively resolving system challenges.
• Identifying and addressing current and future system needs with appropriate solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with all hotel departments.
• Managing daily IT operations, including hardware, software, and telecommunication systems.
