AplikoAs part of the senior management team, the Clinic Operations Manager will work closely with the Group Operations Manager to enhance internal processes, optimize patient care workflows, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operational management of the clinic and ensure that all activities run efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of all operational departments, including nursing, patient relations, laboratory, and marketing teams.
- Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team of approximately 25–30 employees to achieve high performance and service quality.
- Collaborate with the Group Operations Manager to implement the group’s operational procedures, performance standards, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure smooth coordination between medical, administrative, and marketing functions, maintaining patient satisfaction and service excellence.
- Monitor key operational and patient satisfaction metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery and patient experience.
- Manage communication and cooperation with external institutions, including the Ministry of Health and local authorities, as required.
- Handle ad-hoc operational issues and ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal policies.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, developing and improving workflows to restore and sustain efficient clinic operations.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing and patient relations processes to ensure alignment with corporate standards and objectives.
