On behalf of our client, a leading institution in the banking industry, we are looking for a Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will work in the Digital Channels and Business Support Department and will be responsible for managing a range of digital initiatives and operational improvements. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining the project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables align with business needs.
  • Lead project execution, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Manage project risks and address any issues that arise, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including IT, marketing, business, and support functions, to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Track and monitor project progress using appropriate tools and metrics, and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive digital transformation efforts within the department.
  • Participate in the design of new digital products and features, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements:
  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably within the financial services industry, with a focus on digital channels and business support.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very good command of the English language (spoken and written).
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with banking operations and digital channels such as online banking platforms.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
