On behalf of our client, a well-established financial institution regulated by the Central Bank and operating across Kosovo, we are seeking a dedicated and driven Human Resources Manager to join their headquarters in Pristina.

 

About the Role

This role is perfect for an HR professional ready to shape employee development programs and support organizational growth. You’ll be responsible for strategy, staff development, compliance, recruitment, and HR operations, making a tangible impact on culture and performance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement long-term staff development strategies
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs
  • Conduct individual, team, and organizational training needs analyses
  • Design annual training plans and related budgets
  • Organize internal/external training programs (e.g., workshops, e-learning, mentoring)
  • Monitor training effectiveness and impact on employee performance
  • Co-develop and support performance appraisal processes
  • Create policies for internal career growth and talent development
  • Support internal talent identification and succession planning
  • Define KPIs to measure training and development effectiveness
  • Implement digital tools for professional development initiatives
  • Provide staff training on digital HR technologies
  • Ensure all development programs comply with legal and internal policies
  • Draft HR development guidelines and regulations
  • Plan and oversee HR projects aligned with strategic goals
  • Recommend improvements and innovations for HR operations
  • Prepare quarterly reports for the Board of Directors
  • Coordinate recruitment and employer branding initiatives
  • Maintain and update employee documentation
  • Draft employment contracts and agreements
  • Manage payroll systems and leave records
  • Communicate organizational updates to staff
  • Support staff performance reviews and evaluations
  • Act as liaison with the insurance company for employee claims
  • Organize internal social events
  • Foster team collaboration and morale

 

 

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Education, or related fields (MBA or Master’s in HR is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in roles related to training or career development
  • Proven experience in implementing staff development and performance evaluation programs
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and modern HR practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Albanian and English
  • High organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities
