Manpower SEE is a trusted talent partner delivering innovative HR and workforce solutions tailored to today’s fast-paced business environment.On behalf of our client, a leading financial services provider operating under international and national financial regulations, we are seeking a Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Officer to join their team.
About the Role
As the Compliance & AML Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all applicable AML/CFT laws and regulations. This role includes transaction monitoring, reporting suspicious activity, and maintaining direct communication with regulatory and legal authorities, while leading internal training and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily implementation of internal AML/CFT policies across the company and agent network
- Monitor financial transactions, review data, and identify suspicious activity
- Audit transactions, assess regularity, and ensure full compliance
- Assist in legal and regulatory compliance with AML/CFT frameworks
- Draft and maintain internal AML/CFT policies
- Report suspicious and high-value cash transactions to the FIU
- Respond to official requests from FIU-K, CBK, courts, and other institutions
- Maintain detailed logs and archives of AML/CFT activity and reporting
- Liaise with auditors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders
- Plan and deliver internal AML/CFT training
- Conduct due diligence checks for staff and agents
- Monitor international AML updates and sanctions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- At least 3 years of experience in compliance, AML/CFT, or financial audit
- In-depth knowledge of Kosovo’s AML/CFT legal framework
- Experience with AML software and regulatory reporting systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and risk assessment skills
- Fluent in Albanian and English
