On behalf of our client, a fast-growing digital marketing company that delivers performance-driven solutions with a creative edge, we are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join their team.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate SEO Specialist to lead and execute impactful strategies that boost search visibility and organic performance. In this role, you will work closely with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are consistently applied across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis: Identify relevant keywords and SEO opportunities through comprehensive market and competitor analysis.
• Content Optimization: Improve existing website content, meta tags, and URLs; create and optimize SEO-driven texts and landing pages.
• Technical SEO: Analyze and resolve technical SEO issues such as loading speed, mobile usability, and crawling errors to enhance user experience and website performance.
• Link Building: Develop and implement sustainable strategies for acquiring high-quality backlinks to strengthen domain authority.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze relevant KPIs, create performance reports, and continuously optimize strategy based on the latest Google algorithm updates.

Key Requirements

• SEO Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing SEO strategies independently, ideally in dynamic and growing environments.
• Technical Understanding: Ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Experience in interpreting SEO data and developing actionable steps to improve performance.
• Tool Proficiency: Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
• Languages: Fluent English is required; and basic German skills.
