On behalf of our client, Red Bull, we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Distribution Partner Manager to join their team in Tirana, Albania. This role is essential in leading the Red Bull business across assigned distribution partners (Distributors and Wholesalers), developing and executing strategic business plans, and ensuring strong growth, execution, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Distributor Management
- Lead regular strategy and review meetings with distribution partners.
- Set and monitor targets for sales, distribution, and execution.
- Deliver training and coaching to distributor teams to ensure alignment and performance.
- Conduct market visits and support field teams in unlocking new growth opportunities.
- Ensure full understanding and implementation of Red Bull’s execution and merchandising standards.
- Monitor distributor performance and implement tracking systems.
- Plan and manage incentive programs aligned with company goals.
- Act as a trusted consultant and category captain for distributor partners.
Distributor Structure & Accountability
- Deep understanding of distributor structures and internal systems.
- Build relationships across all levels of the distributor organization.
- Ensure accountability and clarity of responsibilities within distributor teams.
Business Planning
- Collaborate on annual business plans covering distribution, volume, KPIs, and investments.
- Align on monthly/channel-specific sales and distribution targets.
- Coordinate POS material allocation and updates.
Budget Management
- Manage allocated budgets including incentives, POS, free goods, and regional account expenses.
5. Business Intelligence
- Utilize Red Bull’s systems and reporting tools to identify growth and execution opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate distributor data submissions.
- Track competitor activity and maintain market awareness.
6. Additional Responsibilities
- Uphold Red Bull inventory and Go-to-Market (GTM) policies.
- Build geographic and demographic knowledge of the region.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align on goals.
- Mitigate business risks with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Consistently represent Red Bull’s values, attitude, and appearance.
Candidate Profile
- University degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the FMCG industry (beverages preferred).
- Previous experience working with both distributors and suppliers is a plus.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and training capabilities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- Analytical and strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Valid driving license (Category B).
