The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer acquisition to account management and post-sales support. This role plays a key part in driving the company regional market growth by maintaining strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring that customer needs are consistently met in alignment with the company’s standards and goals.

The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a hands-on approach to developing business in the assigned territory.Job Responsibilities Responsibilities

  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
  • Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
  • Make recommendations for customers.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Provide historical records by maintaining area and customer sales records.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries.

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, export, or business development roles, preferably in the industrial, B2B, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Albanian and English (knowledge of Serbian or another regional language is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently across Kosovo and Albania.
  • High sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude toward achieving results.
