On behalf of our client, a globally recognized leader in cleaning technology and innovative service solutions, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Export Manager to oversee sales and business development activities across Kosovo and Albania.The Sales Export Manager will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer acquisition to account management and post-sales support. This role plays a key part in driving the company regional market growth by maintaining strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring that customer needs are consistently met in alignment with the company’s standards and goals.

The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a hands-on approach to developing business in the assigned territory.Job Responsibilities Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the sales of products and services from initiation to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and goal achievement.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met promptly and professionally.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the company market share in Kosovo and Albania.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular activity reports, including weekly and monthly sales performance updates, forecasts, and territory analyses.
- Monitor pricing, offer preparation, and inventory control processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage and implement promotional and marketing activities in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Participate in online and in-person meetings, presentations, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote products.
- Contribute to regional sales planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction levels and handle client complaints or requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Support cross-border cooperation between Kosovo and Albania sales territories, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Build and maintain high-quality business relationships with customers and partners through regular communication and engagement.
- Perform all additional duties assigned by the hierarchical superior and ensure adherence to the company global standards.
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales, export, or business development roles, preferably in the industrial, B2B, or consumer goods sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
- Fluency in Albanian and English (knowledge of Serbian or another regional language is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently across Kosovo and Albania.
- High sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude toward achieving results.
