ApplyThe Restaurant Manager will oversee all operational, service, and team-related aspects of the restaurant. The selected candidate will ensure consistent delivery of Hilton’s service standards, proactively manage team performance, and support F&B leadership with menu development and sales optimization.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service flow and high guest satisfaction.
- Maintaining outstanding customer service standards in line with Hilton brand expectations.
- Recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing the restaurant team.
- Handling guest queries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Working within approved Food & Beverage and payroll budgets while ensuring quality is maintained.
- Driving sales initiatives to achieve and exceed budgeted revenue targets.
- Collaborating with the Food & Beverage leadership team to develop and enhance menus.
- Conducting monthly stock takes and maintaining accurate inventory control.
- Motivating and incentivizing team members to grow sales and improve performance.
- Setting departmental targets, work schedules, operational procedures, and internal policies.
- Monitoring guest feedback and implementing service improvements.
- Ensuring team communication meetings are held regularly with documented minutes.
- Maintaining awareness of environmental and sustainability initiatives.
- Supporting other departments when required and fostering strong cross-departmental collaboration.
- Complying with all hotel security, fire safety, and health and safety regulations.
