ApplyAs an Italian Chef de Cuisine, you will oversee all operational, quality, and administrative functions within the kitchen, ensuring exceptional service and authentic culinary experiences for every guest.Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing all kitchen operations, maintaining high-quality food standards, and ensuring compliance with Hilton’s brand and hygiene requirements.
  • Actively seeking and responding to guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience
  • Ensuring adequate resources are available and effectively managing scheduling and team performance
  • Overseeing food provision to all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food regulations
  • Controlling food costs without compromising quality and achieving departmental financial targets
  • Training, motivating, and developing kitchen staff to deliver top-level performance
  • Maintaining effective communication and collaboration across hotel departments
  • Conducting regular team meetings and following up on key actions and updates
  • Reviewing menus with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure offerings align with market trends and guest preferences
  • Managing performance issues in compliance with company policies
  • Ensuring prompt handling of maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues
  • Leading by example in maintaining a clean, safe, and environmentally aware workplace
