We are conducting market research to assess the interest and expectations of professionals in Kosovo for potential employment opportunities within a new Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company. Our client, a well-established provider of outsourcing services, is exploring the possibility of opening a new customer service center in Kosovo and is interested in gathering insights from experienced professionals in the industry.

Our client specializes in customer support services across various industries, including telecommunications, e-commerce, technology, finance, and healthcare. They partner with global brands to provide top-tier customer service solutions, primarily focusing on inbound customer service rather than sales.

We are reaching out to professionals currently employed in the customer support sector to understand their salary expectations, benefits preferences, language proficiency, and openness to shift work.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are interested in speaking with individuals who have experience as inbound call agents and customer service representatives, particularly those fluent in German and English. Additionally, proficiency in any of the following languages is an asset:
  • German (Priority)
  • English
  • Italian
  • French
  • Spanish
  • Dutch
  • Scandinavian Languages
  • Croatian (Serbo-Croatian)
Key Areas of Interest: We are gathering data on the following:
  • Willingness to work in shifts (rotational, night, weekend, etc.)
  • Salary expectations for different language levels and experience
  • Benefits that would attract candidates (health insurance, bonuses, remote work options, etc.)
  • Current employment conditions and job satisfaction in the market
  • General Qualifications for Potential Roles:While this is not yet a hiring process, we are researching profiles that align with the following qualifications:
  • Fluency in German (B2-C1 level minimum) and/or English (B2 minimum)
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in inbound customer support or call center roles
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a structured and professional environment
  • Adaptability to shift-based work schedules
  • Teamwork and problem-solving skills
