Junior Recruiter

ApplyAs a Junior Recruiter, you’ll work closely with the recruitment team to support a wide range of recruitment activities. From sourcing top-tier talent to coordinating interviews and keeping our candidate pipeline flowing smoothly, you’ll play a key role in shaping the teams that power our clients forward.What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of client accounts
• Source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
• Conduct initial screening calls and help schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Keep candidate records updated and organized in our recruitment system
• Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for every candidate
• Collaborate on employer branding and other talent attraction initiatives
• Support in tracking metrics and preparing recruitment-related reports
