Job Responsibilities Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the sales of products and services from initiation to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and goal achievement.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met promptly and professionally.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the company market share in Kosovo and Albania.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular activity reports, including weekly and monthly sales performance updates, forecasts, and territory analyses.
- Monitor pricing, offer preparation, and inventory control processes to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage and implement promotional and marketing activities in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Participate in online and in-person meetings, presentations, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote products.
- Contribute to regional sales planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction levels and handle client complaints or requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Support cross-border cooperation between Kosovo and Albania sales territories, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Build and maintain high-quality business relationships with customers and partners through regular communication and engagement.
- Perform all additional duties assigned by the hierarchical superior and ensure adherence to the company global standards.
