  • Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements related to IT governance and data security.
  • Handling IT-related issues efficiently and proactively resolving system challenges.
  • Identifying and addressing current and future system needs with appropriate solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with all hotel departments.
  • Managing daily IT operations, including hardware, software, and telecommunication systems.
