ApplyThe Assistant Food and Beverage Manager supports the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing all F&B operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. This includes assisting with budget management, staff supervision, and maintaining operational efficiency across restaurants, bars, and event catering outlets. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Maintaining exceptional levels of guest and member satisfaction.
  • Recruiting, training, managing, and developing team members.
  • Assisting in conducting annual and mid-year performance appraisals.
  • Managing guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring adherence to budgetary targets and operational guidelines.
  • Contributing to the development of departmental targets, work schedules, and policies.
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to develop and update menus.
  • Managing stock control and cost-efficiency measures.
  • Encouraging and motivating the team to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Acting as Deputy for the Food and Beverage Manager in their absence.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and fire regulations.
  • Promoting strong interdepartmental collaboration and positive working relationships.
